In March 2004 I heard from Marion (Hardy) ex Wimborne Young Communicants. Marion lives in Australia and has been trawling this web site, she comments on the photos of the Pageant :-

"The ones with the Drama Club - showing Douggie Treharne and Ron Small - both great friends of my father - and both Toc H members. In your Newsletter there was also reference made to Jerry Large - another of my father's friends and another Toc H member - he used to live not far from from Cochineal (headmaster of QEGS). Dad used to work for Ron Small (nickname Pickles) who was the owner of Charles Small & Sons - the funeral directors - (his father started the business originally and now it is run by Ron's son Martin who I have been in contact with recently)".
